Mr.Jayendra Chandrakant Latane(श्री. जयेंद्र चंद्रकांत लाटणे ) Founder & CMD, Swajin Welfare Foundation Jayendra Chandrakant Latane is a teacher, social entrepreneur, and innovative thinker dedicated to empowering people through education, social development, and technology. With over 26 years of experience in the education sector, he holds qualifications including B.A., D.Ed., B.Ed., and D.S.M. His key areas of focus include education, women’s empowerment, employment generation, digital services, and the responsible use of human-centered AI for social development. Through the Swajin Welfare Foundation, he works to bring together service, knowledge, skills, and technology to create sustainable opportunities and meaningful social impact. His vision is to build a society where every individual has access to knowledge, skills, opportunities, dignity, and the power to create a better future. Through innovation, compassion, and purposeful action, he is committed to transforming challenges into opportunities and empowering communities to become self-reliant, progressive, and resilient. His mission is not merely to serve society, but to create a movement of empowered individuals who can transform society and contribute to building a stronger, inclusive, and future-ready India.

Mrs. Swati Jayendra Latane ( सौ. स्वाती जयेंद्र लाटणे )

Swati Jayendra Latane is a Founder Director of Swajin Welfare Foundation and an experienced primary educator with 20 years of service in Zilla Parishad schools. She holds a B.A. and D.Ed. and has dedicated her professional journey to the education and development of children. Alongside her teaching career, she has actively participated in various social and community initiatives. She has a strong interest in education, women empowerment, community development and initiatives that create meaningful opportunities for people. As a Founder Director, she contributes her experience in education, community engagement and grassroots social work to the Foundation's initiatives aimed at building an empowered, educated and socially responsible society.
