1. Donations

Donations made voluntarily to Swajin Welfare Foundation are generally non-refundable once the transaction has been successfully processed, except where a refund is required due to a duplicate transaction, technical error, unauthorised transaction or applicable law.

2. Courses and Digital Content

For digital courses, downloadable materials, recorded programmes or digital resources, refund eligibility may depend on whether access to the digital content has already been provided or substantially used.

The refund terms applicable to a particular course or programme will be displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Memberships and Services

Membership fees, service fees or programme fees may be refundable only where the specific service terms provide for a refund or where the service cannot be delivered due to circumstances attributable to Swajin.

4. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

If an amount is debited more than once for the same transaction due to a technical or payment-processing error, the additional amount may be refunded after verification.

- Transaction ID/order ID
- Date and amount of payment
- Reason for the refund request
